I'm a career consultant with a background in psychology, HR, and professional development. I worked for years at Randstad, a recruitment agency, where I focused on recruitment, service development, and people experience. I learned to understand people, roles, and organizations from both sides of the table.

Today, I work with professionals who are in a transition or stagnation phase: those who feel they've outgrown their current situation, those who have solid skills but struggle to leverage them, those who can't imagine alternatives beyond what they already know. My approach combines awareness and concrete strategy, because one without the other doesn't produce real change.
